Returned to a Martha’s Vineyard property first surveyed fifteen years earlier, combining field history with current aerial imagery and terrain data to support the landscape architect’s design process.

The project traces the evolution from total-station surveying to GNSS and aerial mapping while preserving continuity with earlier field knowledge of the site.

A current orthomosaic, terrain model, contours, and detailed spatial context for landscape planning, design coordination, and confident evaluation of existing conditions.
